To cast your vote, just go to the WMS website, look under “Quick Links” and click on the Morning Announcements Blog, then select your grade-level superlatives quiz. Voting ends next WEDNESDAY, March 2nd — and the results will be published in the 2022 Yearbook. So log on NOW — and vote for your class superlatives TODAY!!
Attention all students!! It’s time to turn-in your Course Request Forms for next year! The 8th grade deadline is TODAY! And for all you 6th and 7th graders — your deadline was YESTERDAY! So please turn in your CRFs as soon as possible or you might not get the classes you want in 2023. Contact your class counselor with any questions about your CRFs.

Calling all Divers and Swimmers! Please meet at Door #4 by 2:30 this afternoon for the walk to the Yorktown pool. And don’t forget to complete the new version of the online google form by TODAY. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Girls Basketball team took a tough loss on the road against Swanson yesterday — 38 to 29.

But the team played hard from start-to-finish. On offense, 8th grader Rea R. was ON FIRE with FIVE 3-point shots. While Emily, Rebecca, and Tia kept us close on defense. Way to go, baller wolves!! You’ll get them next time!! [clap]

And finally, February is Black History Month. And today, we’re celebrating the contributions of some ingenious inventors that you SHOULD have head of — but probably haven’t.
