  • Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

  • Calling all students and staff!  The 5th graders are coming!! Today and tomorrow, HUNDREDS of kids from area elementary schools will be visiting WMS to get a tour of their future school. You may see them in the halls, the cafeteria, or even peeking into your classroom.  Please do your best to represent our community with PRIDE — and help to make these “younglings” feel right-at-home. Thanks for your help, Wolf Pack!
    .
  • Attention Anime Club!  There will be a meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 109.  Participants will be preparing for the upcoming WMS Anime Spring Showcase — scheduled for May 8th. So be sure to bring your art supplies, sketchbooks, iPads, and your most creative ideas!  Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions.
    .
  • We’ve finally wrapped-up the 3rd quarter of school.  And you know what that means: it’s almost time for the Wolf Paw Drawing!!! That’s right — the 3rd Quarter Wolf Paw Drawing is scheduled for this FRIDAY during TA.
    .
But you MUST submit your Wolf Paws no later than this THURSDAY at lunch to be eligible. And if you’d like a sneak-peak at the prizes, go check-out the display case by the library. Remember — turn in your Paws by this THURSDAY for a chance to win!
    .
  • And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  The Manie Musicale de Mars — aka the March Madness of Music — has come to an end, and we have our CHAMPION. After MILLIONS of students from around the world cast their votes, the winning song was Akwaba by Magic System — a sample of which you can hear right now!
    .
Big props to the WMS French students with the BEST brackets: 8th graders Eddy N. and Jack B., and 7th graders Isabel S., Emmy S., and Lucy R. And let’s not forget the “unicorn prize” for the students with the WORST brackets:  congrats to 8th graders Stephen K., Xavi A., and Ashton R.; and 7th graders Brianna S., Bode C., and Vivienne W. Félicitations to all the winners and Vive la Manie!
    .
  • And finally, getting up and going in the morning is HARD — and sometime, you might want a little extra boost.
    .
But caffeine and kids might NOT be the best mix.  Student-reporters Kai and Lincoln have the story.

    Roll Tape!!
