TAB – Talk About Books
TAB (Talk About Books) is a middle school book club partnership between the WMS library, the Arlington Public Library (APL), and WMS students. Each fall, APS middle school librarians collaborate with APL librarians to choose 30+ newly published, buzz-worthy books which are purchased for the WMS library. These books are set aside to be read by TAB members. Any student at Williamsburg can join and participate in TAB – everyone is welcome!
TAB members will meet monthly with a WMS librarian and a visiting Central Library librarian for book discussion.
TAB will meet roughly twice a month on Tuesdays during all lunch periods. Dates are as follows:
- October 4 & 18
- November 1, 15 & 29
- December 13
- January 3 & 17
- February 7 & 28
- March 7 & 21
- April 18
- May 2 & 16
