- We’ve reached the final day of standardized testing — as the entire school will be taking their Math SOLs. The test is scheduled to run from 8:08 to 11:08am, and most students will be grouped with their content-area classes. TA teachers have all of the room assignments, and can tell you where to go.

And here’s some more information about the test: The ONLY materials you may have with you are your iPad, a pencil or pen, a water bottle, and a book. NO OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES are allowed — no phones, smart watches, air pods, e-readers, nor anything else.

Also, once the testing session has begun, student will NOT be allowed to go to their lockers. So make sure you’ve got everything you need BEFORE the test begins. See your TA teacher with any other questions. Good luck on the SOL, wolves!!
. - Once the SOL period is over, we will be following a MODIFIED A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a MODIFIED A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - If a picture is worth a thousand words — then the WMS Yearbook is absolutely PRICELESS! The 2024 Yearbook is on sale NOW! It’s just 45-dollars to buy — and you can order online through the WMS website. But only about 30 copies remain in stock — so make sure to get YOURS before they’re gone. Contact Ms. Briones with any questions. Don’t miss out on the memories!

We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about YOU?! It’s SPIRIT WEEK here at WMS! Thanks to all the students and staff who showed their school spirit and dressed up for today’s theme: SPORTS DAY!!

Spirit Week wraps up tomorrow with our final theme: Class Colors Day — 6th grade blue, 7th grade white, and 8th grade black. And remember — this Friday is also the 2024 Pep Rally, and Ms. Hogwood will be awarding an additional 500 points to the grade that demonstrated the most SPIRIT all week long. So get into the school spirit for Spirit Week — and be a part of the Wolf Pack Pride!!
