Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

Believe it or not, but TODAY is the LAST DAY of the 3rd quarter! So be sure to check your Canvas “To Do” list for unfinished assignments, and contact your teachers — either in person or through email — if you have any questions about your grade. Let’s finish this quarter strong, wolves!!

Williamsburg is welcoming a V.I.P. to school today. Dr. Duran — the APS Superintendent — will be touring our school this morning, and talking to students and staff about their experiences here in our shared community. So let’s be sure to put the W-in-Everything and show Dr. Duran how AMAZING this place really is. Thanks for your help, wolves!!

How cool was that solar eclipse on Monday?? All of us here at Williamsburg were very fortunate to have “solar glasses” so that we could view it safely. And now, those glasses can help someone else! Next October, there will be a solar eclipse in Latin America. Students and staff are requested to PLEASE donate any unused or gently used solar glasses so that kids in those countries can enjoy the eclipse just as much as we did! Just drop them off in the library, or see Ms. Scott with any questions.

What’s that buzz? It’s the annual WMS Geo Bee! Today during 6th period, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will put their knowledge to the test at this highly competitive trivia competition. WOLF-TV will be broadcasting the Geo Bee LIVE — and all students and staff are invited to tune-in and catch the action. There can only be one champion — but who will it “bee??”
