Lights, camera, action!! Starting next Monday, the Morning Announcements will once again be broadcasting on WOLF-TV, via cable or streaming link. TA teachers are reminded to test your classroom equipment by the end-of-the-day to make sure that everything works. Contact Mr. Schonfeld with any questions or for technical help. And we hope you enjoy the show!

And now for an important announcement from our school librarians. We’re only a month into the school year, but there are already over 350 overdue library books! So look in your backpack, your locker, or under your bed at home — and BRING BACK YOUR BOOKS! See Ms. Tan or Ms. Scott in the library with any questions.

The Williamsburg Theater Department is proud to announce this year’s Fall play. It’s “The Snow Queen” — an adventure comedy about friendship, family, and the power of kids to solve the world’s problems.

Auditions for The Snow Queen will be held next MONDAY and TUESDAY after school in the auditorium. You don’t need to prepare anything to audition; just sign up using the QR code posted outside of room 228.

The show also needs a back stage crew, lighting and sound technicians, prop masters, and more! There are NO AUDITIONS to be a part of the crew — just sign up using the same QR code posted outside of room 228. See Mr. Randle with any questions. Break a leg!!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and WMS is proud to support the cause — but we need your help! All next month, we’re raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness with a “Pie the Teacher” contest!
.
Here’s how it works, three brave teachers from each grade have volunteered to take a pie in the face for charity. And YOU get to choose who gets the pie! All next month during lunch, students can put money in the donation bin for the teacher of their choice. And whichever teacher raises the most money will be pied on October 30th!
.
The “pie in the face” teachers will be announced during lunch next week. So let’s come together as a community, have some fun, and support Breast Cancer Awareness. Thanks for your help, wolves!!

Calling all basket-ballers!! Tryouts for the WMS Boys Basketball team begin on October 14th. Interested players should sign-up using the QR codes outside of the Activities Office. And don’t forget that you need a current physical on file in order to participate. See Coach Clark for more information about boys basketball, or Ms. Hogwood with any questions about physicals.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The girls Ultimate team was UNSTOPPABLE against Swanson on Wednesday — winning both games by a combined score of 26 to 3!

Big props to Mierona and Kari who had break out games. And to Tippi, Penny, and Neve who were relentless all game long. Way to go, ultimate wolves!! [clap]
