  • Today, we will continue to follow a modified “C” Day schedule.  TA is extended until 8:50am, and then you’ll proceed to all SEVEN of your assigned classes.  And if you’re still learning your way around the school, don’t worry — staff will be posted throughout the halls to help you get where you’re going.
    .
  • Calling all athletes!!  The Fall sports season will be getting underway soon.  If you’re planning to play tennis, boys’ soccer, girls’ ultimate, or cheer — you MUST submit your sports physical by next FRIDAY, September 8th.  This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.   Contact our Activities Coordinator, Ms. Hogwood, at lunch for more information about getting a physical.
    .
  • And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the bus. If you’re ever planning to take a bus that’s not your own — like if you’re going to a friend’s house after school — you MUST bring a note from home to the main office NO LATER than your grade level lunch.  Again, do NOT wait until the end of the day to get a bus pass — because there isn’t time and you’ll miss the bus!  Go to the main office with any questions.
    .
  • And now for a “technology tip” from Mr. Wightman and Ms. Hwang!  Your school-issued iPad will be a critical learning tool for you this year — so it needs to be working!  If there’s anything wrong with your iPad — including password problems, cracked screen, broken apps, WiFi, or anything else — we’ve now got a NEW procedure for getting it fixed.  Please communicate your iPad issue to your TA teacher, and they will notify technology support.  There is NO LONGER a Student Tech. Help Request Form on the website.  So once again, tell need to tell your TA teacher about iPad problems.
