  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • It’s Yearbook Distribution Day for 6th and 7th graders!  Here’s how it will work:  during 3rd period this morning, a Yearbook staffer will come to your classroom when it’s your turn.  They will escort your class to the Library where you will receive your Yearbook.  TA teachers will be passing out your “claim tickets” this morning.  Please make sure to bring them with you to speed up the process.
    .
If you don’t have a claim ticket — but still think you’ve ordered a book — then YOU should come, too!  AND if you haven’t ordered a Yearbook, but would like to sign-up for the Waiting List, then you should ALSO come along.  And if there are any problems with your Yearbook — don’t worry. Just be patient, and rest assured that it will all get straightened out by the end of the week.  Enjoy your Yearbooks, wolf pack!!
    .
One more thing — Yearbook STAFFERS are reminded to come to the Library at 9:10 this morning to prepare for distribution.  Once again, Yearbook staffers should report to the Library at 9:10.
    .
  • Hey, 8th graders — are you ready for King’s Dominion!?  Everyone going on the end-of-the-year trip should report to the bus loop at 8am with your assigned group.  Have a great time, wolves!!
    .
  • Who’s ready for an end-of-the-year PARTY?!?  Today is COURTYARD CHAOS for 6th and 7th graders.  It will take place during an extended lunch period in the Courtyard and Cafeteria.  There will be music, games, prizes, snacks, and tons of other activities.   And be sure to bring your new Yearbook for all of your friends and classmates to sign.  Have fun and Party on, wolves!!
    .
  • This is a reminder that door number-1 will NOT be accessible for the rest of the year.  All students should now use door number-14 by the auditorium or door number-4 by the cafeteria during arrival and departure. Once again, you may NOT enter or exit through door number-1.  Thanks for your cooperation, wolves!!
    .
  • And now for an important announcement from our school librarians.  There are still more than 100 overdue library books — and they MUST be returned before the end-of-the-year. Just drop them off in the “return carts” outside of the library and cafeteria.  Overdue notices will be emailed home — and students ARE responsible for paying a fine if their books are not returned. So look in your backpack, your locker, and under your bed at home — and BRING IN YOUR BOOKS!
    .
  • Have you checked the lost and found lately? There are literally HUNDREDS of jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, lunch boxes, and so much more. Anything not claimed by next week will be donated… or discarded.  So be sure to take a look — you may just find some long lost treasures!
    .
  • And finally, summer break is just around the corner — and it’s going to be a BLAST!
    .
Student-Reporters Ashton B. and Matty M. want to know: what YOU’RE doing this summer?
    .
    Roll Tape!!
