- It’s Bike and Walk to School Day, and major props to all you kids — and even a few teachers — who came to school on two-wheels or two-legs this morning. Bike and Walk to School Day is an annual event that promotes exercise and physical health — and thousands of schools and communities participate every year.
.
But walking and biking shouldn’t just be a “one time thing.” Try to make it part of your weekly routine — and you’ll be better for it. Way to go, biking and walking wolves!! [clap]
. - And now for some WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS track team took part in the County Track Meet at Gunston Middle School yesterday. They were running and jumping and throwing against the best competition in Arlington — and did our school proud! Way to go, running wolves!! [clap]
. - Who wants pizza?! The WMS Future Business Leaders of America Club will be holding a pizza fundraiser on FRIDAY after school by the Library and the Cafeteria. It’s just 2-dollars a slice.
