Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

The Gender Sexuality Alliance — a.k.a. the GSA — will be meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 106. Everyone is welcome — members, allies, and friends! See Ms. Wielechowski or Ms. Bell for more information.

And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the bus. If you’re ever planning to take a bus that’s not your own — like if you’re going to a friend’s house after school — you MUST bring a note from home to the main office NO LATER than your grade level lunch. Again, do NOT wait until the end of the day to get a bus pass — because there isn’t time and you’ll miss the bus! See Ms. Walten in the office with any questions.

Who wants COOKIES and CAKE??? There will be a bake sale fundraiser TODAY after school — sponsored by your friends and classmates in the local chapter of the Girl Scouts! Students are encouraged to stop by and get a sweet treat. And if you like the event, you may even consider joining the Girl Scouts yourself! See Ms. Hogwood with any questions. And thanks for supporting the Girl Scouts!

Do you like candy? Then you’re in luck! The WMS Check-in Program will be selling candy after school TODAY, Tuesday, and Thursday in the main lobby and in front of the cafeteria. All proceeds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society — an organization that helps kids with cancer. So be sure to stop by for a sweet treat this Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
