• Making its triumphant return after a FIVE YEAR absence, today is the 2022 WMS Pep Rally!!  There will be performances, events, and games galore — as your teachers and classmates show off their school spirit.
  .
  To accommodate the Pep Rally, we will be following a modified ‘B’ Day schedule.  That means TA ends at 8am, then you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 6, Wolf Time, and 5.  Please refer to the modified schedule on your screen, or see your TA teacher with any questions.
  .
  And then — at roughly 1 o’clock — the Pep Rally will begin!  Students should first report to their Period 6(B) classroom for attendance, and then your teacher will escort you to the Gym. Please leave all of your books and belongings in your classroom.

  And remember — we want to have fun, but we also need to be respectful and appropriate.  See you at the Pep Rally, wolves!!

• Move over, Steve Harvey!  It’s time for the Williamsburg Family Feud — a new gameshow sponsored by the 2022 Yearbook.  Here’s what we need you to do:  Go to the Morning Announcements Blog on the WMS website and answer the survey questions. We’ll collect the most popular answers, and then a panel of your fellow Williamsburgers will compete for prizes.

• How would you like to get a sweet treat AND do a good deed at the same time!?  WMS will be holding a “Bake Sale Fundraiser” TODAY after school — outside of the cafeteria and by the front entrance.  All money raised will be donated to Clothesline — a charitable organization that helps Arlington families-in-need by supplying free clothing to school-aged children.  It’s a great cause — and together we can make a difference!

• Winner winner, chicken dinner! The annual 8th grade CASINO NIGHT is scheduled for next FRIDAY — June 3rd from 6 to 8 p.m. in the cafeteria. There will be table games, dancing, selfies, delicious food, AMAZING prizes, and of course, hanging out with your best friends.  Casino Night at WMS — get in on the fun!!

• And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  The Model UN Club wrapped up its season at W&L High School this month, and WMS did GREAT!  Committee Chairs Thane L. and Liam O. each received Verbal Commendations for their presentations.  And with that, WMS officially won an award at every single Model UN conference they competed in this year.  Congratulations, and way to go, Munner Wolves! [clap]
