- The SOLs are here!! All students in all grades will be taking the Reading SOL this morning. So we will be following a MODIFIED B-Day schedule. The test will run from 8 to 10:30am. Once it’s over, students will proceed to periods 2, 4, 5 and 6. See your TA teacher for more information about the modified B-Day schedule.
.
And here’s some more information about the test: Most students will take the Reading SOL in their TA classrooms. But if you’re testing in a different location, your TA teacher will tell you where to go.
.
The ONLY materials you may have with you are your iPad, a bottle of water, and a book. NO OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES are allowed — no phones, smart watches, e-readers, nor anything else. See your TA teacher, class counselor, or administrator with any other questions. Good luck on the SOL, wolves!!
. - There is no Model UN meeting this week. But the final meeting of the year is scheduled for next Tuesday, May 24th in room C105 during ASP 1. It’ll be a wrap-up for a great year of conferences and award-winning delegates. See Mr. McDermott with any questions.
. - We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about you??? Sign-ups for the 2022 WMS Pep Rally are now OPEN. The link is posted in Canvas on the Student Info Page, and on the WMS website. But don’t delay! Sign-ups will close this Friday — and you’ll find out if you’ve been selected on May 24th. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
. - The WMS Helping Hands Club needs your help! From now through May 25th, students and staff are asked to contribute to Comfort Cases — a charitable organization committed to helping foster children in times of need. To participate, please donate teen pajamas, board books, or anything else you can spare. Collection bins are located in the Main Lobby. Thanks for your help, wolves!!
