  • We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about you??? Sign-ups for the 2022 WMS Pep Rally are now OPEN.  The link is posted in Canvas on the Student Info Page, and on the WMS website. But don’t delay! Sign-ups will close on Friday, May 20th — and you’ll find out if you’ve been selected on May 24th.  See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

  • And now, the WMS Helping Hands Club has a very important message about a very important project.  They’re starting a new fundraiser for deserving kids — and they need your help.  Check it out!!

  • Don’t trash that banana peel — or even your half eaten bologna sandwich. Because COMPOSTING is coming to WMS.  Starting next Monday, the Yorktown High School environmental group — “For A Strawless Sea” — will be composting scraps and uneaten food during all grade-level lunches.  And if you’d like to help, they’ll also be recruiting WMS volunteers!  Check out this video for more information!

  • Who’s ready for a fantastic show?!  The WMS theater department hosted the premiere of its Spring Musical last night: The Addams Family! It was an AMAZING production!  But in case you missed it, there will be another performance TONIGHT at 7pm, and on Saturday at 2pm.
    .
Tickets are just 2-dollars, and can be purchased in the auditorium lobby before the show.  There will also be baked goods available during intermission. So come on out, support your classmates, and enjoy the Addams Family Musical!!
