All proceeds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society — an organization that helps kids with cancer. But today is the LAST DAY of candy sales, so be sure to get some before it’s gone. . - Calling all 8th graders! The annual 8th grade Kings Dominion field trip is just one month away! But you MUST submit your permission slip and money by TODAY in order to attend. Once again, Kings Dominion permission slips and money are due TODAY. See Ms. Warden with any questions.
. - She dribbles, she shoots, she scores!! If you’d like to play for the Yorktown Girls basketball team next year, this announcement is for YOU! There will be an informational meeting about the YHS girls basketball team next MONDAY, May 15th at 3:15 in Yorktown’s Patriot Hall. . - Give a Helping Hand to a four-legged friend! The WMS Helping Hands Club is wrapping-up the school year with its favorite project: a supply drive for the Animal Welfare League of Arlington! From now until May 17th, students and staff are encouraged to donate dog toys, pet food, leashes, or anything else on the “wishlist” posted around school.
