  • Today we will be following the BLUE DAY schedule.  That means we start with an extended TA until 8:25.  During this time, teachers may request to meet with students for individualized help and instruction.  Otherwise, students will remain in their TAs and use this extra time to organize, study, or read!
    .
After that, you’ll proceed to periods 1 through 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class.  Again, this is BLUE day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • Do you like CANDY? Do you PIZZA??? Then you’re in luck! The WMS Check-in Program will be selling CANDY and PIZZA this week after school in the main lobby and in front of the cafeteria. Candy will be on Wednesday and Friday — and PIZZA will be on Thursday.  All proceeds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society — an organization that helps kids with cancer.  So be sure to stop by for candy and pizza this week after school.  See Ms. Kia with any questions. Thanks for your support, wolves!!
    .
  • And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon!  If you are having any problems with your school-issued iPad — whether it’s password problems, not connecting to the internet, glitching apps, cracked screens, or ANYTHING else — please submit the online “Student Tech. Help Request” form through the WMS website.  Ms. Solomon’s got the solution to getting you back online.
    .
  • And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  The WMS Track team finished off a strong year with a second place finish at the county Track and Field Championships last week.  They finished just 9-points behind the overall leader.
    .
Congratulations to the following athletes who won their events — and became individual County Champions! 6th graders Lucas H. in the 400-meter and Emmit W. in the 50-meter and 280-relay.  Plus, 7th grader Kaitlyn S. in the 280 Relay.
    .
And to 8th graders Felix B, Stewart B, and Hayden H for the 280-relay; Ainsley L. and Aoife C. in the 280-Relay; Ava L. in the 800-meter, and Mila F. defending her 70-meter title and anchoring the 280-relay.
    .
Great job to EVERYONE on the team — you ran and jumped your hearts out.  Way to go, track and field wolves!! [clap]
