  • Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

  • And for WOLF TIME, all students are to report to their TA classrooms for a special activity from the Student Services Department.  This week, all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will be exploring NAVIANCE — setting goals, and planning for your future! So once again, please go to your TA classroom for Wolf Time all week long.  See your class counselor with any questions.

  • Believe it or not, but this FRIDAY is the last day of the 3rd Quarter! So be sure to check StudentVue and talk to your teachers about any missing assignments or make-up work.  Again, 3rd Quarter grades close on FRIDAY.

  • And speaking of the end-of-the quarter, it’s nearly time for the 3rd quarter Wolf Paw Drawing!!  That’s right — the 3rd Quarter Wolf Paw Drawing is this FRIDAY.  But to be eligible for a prize, you MUST submit your Wolf Paws to your grade-level box by this WEDNESDAY.  Prizes are now on display outside of the library.  There’s some great stuff in there, so go take a look!  Once again, please submit your Wolf Paws by this WEDNESDAY.  And good luck!!

As part of our school’s commitment to sustainability, Williamsburg is supporting a Sneaker Recycling Program called “Got Sneakers!!” So if you have any old shoes lying around, please donate them to “Got Sneakers” by dropping them off in room 233. Again, bring your old shoes to room 233.  See Mr. Sundwick with any questions.

  • March Madness - Championship Round, 2025Ready, set, READ!! We’ve made it to the CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND of the March Madness Tournament of Books!  This year’s contenders are “Grenade” by Alan Gratz verses “Keeper of the Lost Cities” by Shannon Messenger.  Both are AMAZING books — but which will be the champion???

    Here’s how to participate:  Just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote by this THURSDAY — and we’ll announce the champion on Friday.  And remember:  the TA in each grade with the best bracket will win a prize — so make your vote count!  The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!!

  • National Anthem @ Wizards, 2025And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  Congratulations to the WMS Choir — who performed the National Anthem at the Washington Wizards game last Thursday night.

    Singing in front of THOUSANDS of people at Capital One Arena in DC was truly a magical experience for our student performers. And we’re so proud of them for representing our school with WOLF PACK PRIDE.   Way to go, musical wolves!! [clap]
