Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

There are going to be a few new faces in school this week! HUNDREDS of rising 6th graders from neighborhood Elementary Schools are coming to visit today. They’ll get an orientation, a guided tour of our building and classrooms, and a preview of what’s in store next year. So if you see these kids in the hall, please be sure to give them a smile — and welcome them to the Wolf Pack. Thanks for your help, wolves!!

On your marks, get set, GO!! The WMS Track and Field team is taking on Gunston Middle School TODAY on the athletic field during ASP 1 and 2. During the event, the WMS Check-In program will be selling snacks and candy on the blacktop — but it’s CASH ONLY. Everyone is encouraged to come out, buy some sweet treats, and root our team to victory!!

WHAT ARE THOSE??? As part of our school’s commitment to sustainability, Williamsburg is supporting a Sneaker Recycling Program called “Got Sneakers!!” So if you have any old shoes lying around, please donate them to “Got Sneakers” by dropping them off in room 233. Again, bring your old shoes to room 233. See Mr. Sundwick with any questions.

It costs 47-dollars to buy — and you can order online by going to the WMS website. But only a few dozen copies remain in stock — so make sure to get YOURS before they’re gone. Contact Ms. McFerran with any questions. Don’t miss out on the memories!

Ready, set, READ!! The 9th annual March Madness Tournament of Books has reached the Final-4! This year’s contenders are a mix of the most checked-out books from the library AND recommendations from the TAB Club.

Here’s how to participate: Just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote. We’ll announce the results next week. And remember: the TA in each grade with the best bracket will win a prize — so make your vote count! The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!!
