Calling all 6th graders — it’s party time!! The annual 6th grade dance is scheduled for TODAY from 2:45 to 4:15 in the cafeteria. This year’s theme is Disco Fever — so put on your dancing shoes and get ready for a great time with your friends and classmates. Just remember that NO BACKPACKS are allowed, and it’s for 6th graders ONLY. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

I can fix it!! “The Student Helpdesk of Williamsburg” is hosting its weekly meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 136. Students and staff are encouraged to bring in your phones, watches, iPads, laptops, or anything from home, and the Helpdesk can fix it — or at least tell you what the problem is. All “techies” are welcome! See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

Calling all Anime-niacs!! The WMS Anime Club meeting is CANCELLED for today. But meetings will resume next week. Once again, there is no Anime Club today. Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions.

If there’s anything wrong with your iPad — including password problems, keyboard issues, cracked screen, broken apps, WiFi, or anything else — please tell your TA teacher so they can notify technology support. They’ll have you back online in no time!!

Ready, set, READ!! The 10th annual March Madness Tournament of Books has officially begun!! This year’s contenders are all new books to the WMS library — so they may also be new to YOU. Just go to the Library Canvas course for a description of each book.

Here’s how to participate: Just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote for the Sweet-16. We’ll announce the results next week. And remember: the TA with the best overall bracket will win a prize — so make your vote count! The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!! Congratulations to the WMS Girls Basketball team, who wrapped up their season on Monday with a HUGE win against Gunston Middle School — 30 to 17.

And with that victory, our school claimed the APS County Championship for the 3rd consecutive year. What an incredible accomplishment for the entire team. Way to go, baller wolves!! [clap]

And we also want to give a special shout out to our 8th grade players — Avery, Darby, Hannah, Casey, and Tibby — who finished their WMS basketball careers on top. Way to go, 8th graders!! [clap]
