Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

Attention all 6th graders on the Exploratory Wheel! Starting today, you will be rotating to your new elective class. Your TA teacher can tell you where to go, and staff members will be stationed throughout the halls this afternoon to help you find your way. But please do your best to be ON TIME. Once again, 6th graders on the Wheel begin their new classes TODAY.

Calling all MUNNERS! The WMS Model UN Club will NOT be meeting today. But meetings will reconvene NEXT WEEK to prepare for the upcoming conference at Washington & Liberty. Look for an email from Mr. McDermott with your committee assignments and see him with any questions. Once again, today’s Model UN meeting in CANCELLED.

WHAT ARE THOSE??? As part of our school’s commitment to sustainability, Williamsburg is supporting a Sneaker Recycling Program called “Got Sneakers!!” So if you have any old shoes lying around, please donate them to “Got Sneakers” by dropping them off in room 233. Again, bring your old shoes to room 233. See Mr. Sundwick with any questions.

It costs 47-dollars to buy — and you can order online by going to the WMS website. But only about 100 copies remain in stock — so make sure to get YOURS before they’re gone. Contact Ms. McFerran with any questions. Don’t miss out on the memories!

Calling all film-makers, journalists, and video-jockeys! The 13th annual Arlington Student FilmFest is now accepting entries for its 2025 competition. The application deadline is March 29th, and the Film Festival is scheduled for April 30th at Wakefield High School. To participate, please contact Mr. Schonfeld and he’ll walk you through the application process. Now go make some movie magic!

Ready, set, READ!! The 9th annual March Madness Tournament of Books has officially begun!! This year’s contenders are a mix of the most checked-out books from the library AND recommendations from the TAB Club.

Here’s how to participate: Just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote for the Sweet-16. We’ll announce the results next week. And remember: the TA in each grade with the best overall bracket will win a prize — so make your vote count! The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!!
