Calling all MUNNERS!! The Model UN Club will meet TODAY in room C105 during ASP 1. Participants will debrief the Dorothy Hamm Conference from last Saturday, and continue their debate on the 2nd Amendment. See Mr. McDermott with any questions.

Do you have a need? A need for speed? If so, the WMS Track and Field team wants YOU!! There will be an informational meeting for Track and Field TODAY after school in the Gym. Learn about the team, different events, meet the coaches, and have all of your questions answered! And if you want to join the team, you must submit your physical by Friday, March 8th. See Ms. Hogwood or Coach Treble with any questions.

Ready, set, READ!! The 8th annual March Madness Tournament of Books has officially begun!! This year’s contenders are a mix of old-time favorites and new titles that are burning up the book charts.

Here’s how to participate: Just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote for the Sweet-16. We’ll announce the results next week. And remember: the TA in each grade with the best bracket will win a prize — so make your vote count! The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS wrestling team competed at the Championship County Meet last Thursday — going up against the best wrestlers in all of APS. And they did GREAT!
.
Big props to our first-place finishers: 7th graders Sergio S., Emmitt W., Whit C., and Sebastian O. And shoutout to the entire team for your amazing performance all year long. Way to go, wrestling wolves!! [clap]

Wolf Pack Pride continues with the Model UN Club — who did a great job at their Dorothy Hamm Conference last weekend.

Big props to 6th grader Sarah C. for earning Honorable Mention for her excellent representation of Saudi Arabia. And to the entire team for representing our school with pride. Way to go, Model UN wolves!

And finally, February is Black History Month — a time to celebrate the many contributions that African Americans have made to this country.
