- Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - All the best books are on sale NOW!! The Annual WMS Book Fair is open for business in the WMS library. All students will get a chance to visit the Book Fair with their English and Reading classes, but you may also go before TA, during lunch, and after school. Plus, the Book Fair is staying open until 8pm tonight — so you can also come with your family this evening! Thanks for supporting the WMS Book Fair — and we hope you find the perfect book for YOU!!
. - I can fix it!! “The Student Helpdesk of Williamsburg” is hosting its weekly meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 136. Students and staff are encouraged to bring in your phones, watches, iPads, laptops, or anything from home, and the Helpdesk can fix it — or at least tell you what the problem is. All “techies” are welcome! See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
. - Did you miss Picture Day last month, or did your picture not turn out so well? Then you’re in luck — because “Picture Make-Up Day” is scheduled this FRIDAY in the Auxiliary Gym. If you never got a picture this year, then you can just go on down. But if it’s a retake, you must bring your unwanted picture packet with you to exchange. And remember — if you don’t take a picture, then you WON’T be included in the WMS yearbook. See Dr. Koval with any questions. And say cheese!
. - ’Tis the season to be GIVING! The WMS Helping Hands Club is collecting toys for local families in need. Donation bins will be located in the main lobby and by the cafeteria from now through next Monday, December 8th. Just make sure your donated items are NEW and UNWRAPPED. You may also donate gift cards to online or retail stores. But please — no stuffed animals, nor toys resembling weapons. Thanks for helping the Helping Hands Club Toy Drive!!

Calling all scientific students!! It’s time to take your Independent Science Project to the next level. If you would like to participate in the 2026 WMS Science Fair, please sign-up using the QR code on your screen — or follow the link in the Morning Announcements Blog on the WMS Website. The deadline to register is Wednesday, December 17th. And the Science Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13th. See Ms. Zarro, Mr. Thompson, or your science teacher with any questions. .- And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! Congratulations to the WMS Boys’ Basketball team, who earned ANOTHER big win against Dorothy Hamm Middle School on Tuesday — by a score of 49 to 18.

With the win, our team improved their record to a PERFECT nine wins, and ZERO losses. Way to go, baller wolves!! [clap]
. - The Boys Basketball team is playing their last game of the season TODAY at 3:30pm against Jefferson Middle School in the main gym. If they win, it would be the first UNDEFEATED boys basketball season at WMS since the year 2011. So let’s pack the stands, and root our team to victory!! Go, wolves!!
. - But boys basketball isn’t the only undefeated team here at Williamsburg. Wolf Pack Pride continues with the WMS girls soccer team, who also defeated Dorothy Hamm Middle School on Tuesday — 3 to zero. The win improved their record to a perfect 8 wins and zero losses, with just two more games to play.

Big props to 8th graders Hannah R., Elizabeth S., and Kara C. — who each scored a goal. And to the entire defense for pitching another shutout. Way to go, soccer wolves!! [clap]
