Calling all actors, singers, dancers, backstage, and technical crew! The interest meeting for the WMS Spring Musical — “Descendants, Junior” — has been rescheduled for this THURSDAY during ASP 1 in the Auditorium. Learn all about the play, how to audition, and the various roles both on-stage and behind-the-scenes. Once again, the “Descendants, Junior” interest meeting is this THURSDAY. Contact Ms. Mac or Ms. McTavish with any questions.

Did you miss School Picture Day in October? Or did your picture not turn out so well? Then you’re in luck! Because “Picture Make-Up Day” is scheduled for this FRIDAY in the Auxiliary Gym for all students and staff. Students retaking their portrait will not receive a new ID card unless there was a mistake on the original. And if you’ve already purchased a photo package, you must return the original before getting a retake. See Dr. Koval with any questions. And say cheese!

Calling all athletes! If you plan on participating in wrestling or Boys Basketball this winter, you MUST submit your sports physical by FRIDAY, December 20th. Please place all forms in the yellow mailbox outside of the Activities Office. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

And now for a “wellness tip” from our school clinic! It’s cold, flu, and covid season again — so here are three simple strategies for keeping our shared environment HEALTHY and SAFE! First — WASH YOUR HANDS!! Second — Fully cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. And third — if you’re not feeling well, please STAY HOME. Together, we can stop these germs and viruses BEFORE they spread. See our school nurse with any questions.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Boys Soccer team kept their county championship hopes alive with a 2 to zero win over rival Dorothy Hamm yesterday.

It was a back and forth game, but the Wolves pulled it out in the end thanks to some timely dribbling by 8th grader Shawn L., which set up a huge goal by 6th grader Leo D. Then goalie Declan C. made an amazing goal kick to Caden C., who put away the victory with a second goal. Way to go, soccer wolves!! [clap]
