• Today we will be following the C-Day schedule.  That means you’ll be attending periods 1 through 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. And remember, there is NO Wolf Time today.  Again, this is a C-Day.  See your TA teacher with any questions.

• Calling all Anime-naics!! The WMS Anime Club is holding its annual Holiday and Trivia party TODAY during ASP 1 in room 109.  Snacks will be provided — and the winning team will receive a prize. Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions. It’s going to be Anime-zing!!

• Calling all scientific students!!  TODAY is your LAST DAY to register for the 2026 WMS Science Fair.  To participate, please sign-up using the QR code on your screen — or follow the link in the Morning Announcements Blog on the WMS Website.  See Ms. Zarro, Mr. Thompson, or your science teacher with any questions.  Good luck, scientists!!

• Up next, we need to talk about LOCKERS!  Before you leave for Winter Break, please make sure that there is NO FOOD left in your locker.  We don’t want to get BUGS!  And if you’ve decorated a friend’s locker, those decorations MUST be removed by Friday.  Thanks for your help, and for respecting our shared environment, Wolves!!

• WHAT ARE THOSE??? As part of our school’s commitment to sustainability, Williamsburg is supporting a Sneaker Recycling Program called “Got Sneakers!!” So if you have any old shoes lying around, please donate them to “Got Sneakers” by dropping them off in room 233. Again, bring your old shoes to room 233.  See Mr. Sundwick with any questions.

• It’s Holiday Spirit Week here at Williamsburg, sponsored by the WMS SCA.  Thanks to all the students and staff who showed their school spirit by dressing up for today’s theme:  Character Day!!  You’ve got spirit, yes you do!!

  And here’s the rundown for the rest of the week:  Thursday is Ugly Sweater Day; and Friday is Color War Day — 8th grade BLUE, 7th grade RED, and 6th grade GREEN.
  .
  And don’t forget:  whichever grade shows the most SPIRIT will earn 250-POINTS for the Spring Pep Rally later this year.  So get into the spirit for Spirit Week, and be a part of the Wolf Pack Pride!!

• Let’s eat!!  There are countless restaurants and cafes here in the Metro DC region, and most everybody’s got a favorite.
