• Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

• Attention Future Business Leaders of America!  The FBLA Club is meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 136.  There will be some special guest speakers joining the meeting, so you don’t want to miss it.  And if you’ve never been to an FBLA meeting before, new members are always welcome!  See Ms. Briones with any questions.

• Show someone you care this holiday season and get them a Candy Gram! This week, you can get a peppermint candy cane for 1-dollar, or a special flavor 2-dollars.  Just place an order through your TA teacher, and they’ll be delivered to the person of your choice before Winter Break.  All proceeds will benefit the WMS Best Buddies Club.  See Ms. Nance with any questions about Candy Grams. • Calling all scientific students!!  It’s time to take your Independent Science Project to the next level.  If you would like to participate in the 2026 WMS Science Fair, please sign-up using the QR code located in the Morning Announcements Blog on the WMS Website.  The deadline to register is Wednesday, December 17th.  And the Science Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13th.  See Ms. Zarro, Mr. Thompson, or your science teacher with any questions.  Good luck, scientists!!

• ’Tis the season to be giving! The WMS SCA is collecting winter clothing for families in need throughout the Metro DC region.  Requested items include gently used winter boots, coats, hats, gloves, and scarves.  Donation bins can be found in the main lobby and by the cafeteria until January 9th. See Ms. Dittimus with any questions.

• We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit how about you?!?  Next week, the WMS SCA is hosting a Holiday Spirit Week.  And whichever grade shows the most spirit, will earn 250-POINTS for the annual Pep Rally — which is scheduled for next spring.

  Here’s the Holiday Spirit Week rundown:  Monday is PJ Day; Tuesday is Festive Gear Day; Wednesday is Character Day; Thursday is Ugly Sweater Day; and Friday is Color War Day — 8th grade BLUE, 7th grade RED, and 6th grade GREEN.

  So get into the spirit for spirit week, and be a part of the Wolf Pack Pride!!
