Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

Believe it or not, but next MONDAY is the last day of the 1st Quarter! So be sure to check StudentVue and talk to your teachers about any missing assignments or make-up work. Again, grades close on MONDAY of next week.

And speaking of the end-of-the-quarter: it’s almost time for the Wolf Paw Drawing!!! That’s right — the 1st Quarter Wolf Paw Drawing will be held NEXT THURSDAY, November 9th, during TA. But to be eligible for a prize, you MUST submit your Wolf Paws by TODAY. The Wolf Paw Prizes will be going on display outside of the library next week. There’s going to be some great stuff in there — so don’t delay! Be sure to turn in your Wolf Paws TODAY!

Calling all sports fans! How would you like to be the official score-keeper for the WMS Boys Basketball team??? The scorekeeper will work all of their home and away games — so you’d even travel with the team to competing schools. Interested scorekeepers should see Ms. Hogwood, Coach Clark, or Coach Nelson during your lunch period.

Put your creative genius to the test! The annual PTA Reflections Contest is now accepting submissions from all grade-level students. This year’s theme is: “I am hopeful because…” Projects can include Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, or Visual Arts. The PE Fall Gear Sale is open for business! From now until November 19th, WMS families may purchase hoodies, long-sleeved t-shirts, joggers, or leggings through the online store. It’s a great way to show your Wolf Pack Pride — AND to stay warm on these cold fall days. See your PE teacher with any questions about ordering.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS boys’ basketball team traveled to Kenmore yesterday for the first game of the season! And they did AMAZING — playing super hard and taking the victory, 44 to 27.

Big props to all EIGHT players who contributed to the scoring: Bennett, Garon, Sam, Danny, Lucas, Jay, Nico, and the leading scorer — Matt, with 12 points! It was a great team win. Way to go, baller Wolves!! [clap]

Boys Basketball will play its first HOME game next Monday after school against Swanson. Students and staff are encouraged to attend, pack the stands, and root our team to victory! Thanks for putting the “W-in-Everything,” Williamsburg!!
