  • Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6— plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

  • Attention all 6th graders on the Exploratory Wheel! Today is the first day of the second quarter, which means it’s time to rotate to your next exploratory class. Journalism goes to Theater in room 228; Theater goes to Family and Consumer Science in room 128; Family and Consumer Science goes to Visual Arts in room 127; and Visual Arts goes to Journalism in the Library Classroom.  The room numbers for your new classes are also posted in StudentVue.  Once again, 6th graders begin their new Wheel classes TODAY.

  • Calling all Anime-niacs!! The Anime Club is meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 109.  Participants will be voting on their t-shirt designs, and the winner will earn a prize!  Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions. It’s going to be Anime-zing!!

  • The FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS of AMERICA Club is hosting it’s next meeting on THURSDAY during ASP 1 in room 136.  Participants will be selecting officers and  planning for their first official project of the year! All are welcome!  See Ms. Briones with any questions.

  • The WMS Helping Hands Club is collecting UNOPENED Halloween candy for deserving “community helpers” — like first responders, custodians, crossing guards, and many more. And every piece of candy counts!  To participate, just drop-off your candy in the green donation bins located by the main entrance and the cafeteria. The bins look like MONSTERS — so you can’t miss them.  Candy donations will be accepted until this Friday.  It’s the Halloween Candy Donation Drive. Feed the monster, and thanks for supporting Helping Hands!!

  • Who’s hungry!  The WMS PTA is teaming up with Chipotle for a restaurant spirit night fundraiser — next WEDNESDAY, November 12th at the Lee Heights shopping center location.  Just mention the fundraiser when ordering, and 25-percent of your purchase will be donated to our school.  Thanks for your support, wolves!!

  • Put your creative genius to the test! The annual PTA Reflections Contest is still accepting submissions from all grade-level students. This year’s theme is: “I Belong!” Projects can include Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, or Visual Arts.  But the deadline to submit is just 3-weeks away — Friday, November 21st — so you need to get started! Go to the WMS website for more information. Unleash your inner artist and submit to the PTA Reflections Contest today!!

  • SchooLinks Drawing, Nov. 2025And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  Last week, every students who completed the SchooLinks activity about future careers was entered into a drawing. And two lucky students from each grade were selected to win a prize!!
