  • Listen up, 8th graders:  It’s time to start thinking about your Science Fair Project!  Interested Science Fair participants are encouraged to attend a meeting TODAY during 8th grade lunch in room WW 21.  The meeting is MANDATORY, so if you intend to submit a project, you MUST be there.  Just get your lunch and head on over to the trailer.  See Ms. Barnett, Ms. Japec, or your science teacher with any questions.  Science rocks!!
    .
  • The WMS Model UN team will be holding its long-awaited first meeting of the year TODAY during ASP 1 in room 202. All MUNners are welcome — new and old. Stop by Ms. Carlson’s to receive a packet of information, or with any questions.
    .
  • The Kindness just keeps on coming! The OFFICIAL kick-off for the Kindness Club is also scheduled TODAY during ASP 1 in room 134. All are welcome to come and help spread kindness throughout the community. See Ms. Schaefer, Ms. Zeller or Mr. Johnson with any questions.
    .
  • And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon: do NOT use the SudentVue app to view class websites on your iPad — it won’t work. Instead, use the Safari app and go to StudentVue through the WMS website — then you should have no problem. See Ms. Solomon with any additional technology questions.
    .
  • Calling all students! There will be a short electronic survey for all students — TOMORROW during TA. Everyone is asked to bring your iPads — fully charged — to TA tomorrow so you can participate.
    .
  • And now for some Wolf Pack Pride!  The WMS Tennis and Girls Soccer teams both look to extend their winning streaks this afternoon as they face-off against Gunston Middle School.  Soccer will kick-off at 3:15 on our home turf, and tennis is a “home” game being played at Yorktown — also at 3:15.  Come show your school spirit, pack the stands, and root them on to victory.  Go wolves!!
