  • Today we will be following the BLUE DAY schedule.  That means we start with an extended TA until 8:25.  During this time, teachers may request to meet with students for individualized help and instruction.  After that, you’ll proceed to periods 1 through 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class.  Again, this is a BLUE day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • And a reminder to all TEACHERS!  Please be sure to check your Blue Day rosters following the Morning Announcements so you can tell your students where to go if they’ve been requested for another class. All other students will remain in your TAs and use this extra time to organize, study, or read!

  • The WMS Anime Club is meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 109. Participants will be voting on the new club T-Shirt — so make sure to bring your sketches, drawings, and designs.  It’ll be ANIME-zing!! Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions.
    .
  • Fall PE Gear Sale, 2024The Annual Fall PE Gear Sale is open for business!  From now until November 19th, WMS families may purchase hoodies, long-sleeved t-shirts, joggers, or leggings through the online store — accessible through the WMS website.  It’s a great way to show your Wolf Pack Pride — AND to stay warm on these cold fall days.  See your PE teacher with any questions about ordering.
    .
  • And now for a “wellness tip” from our school clinic!  It’s cold, flu, and covid season again — so here are three simple strategies for keeping our shared environment HEALTHY and SAFE!  First — WASH YOUR HANDS!!  Second — Fully cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.  And third — if you’re not feeling well, please STAY HOME.  Together, we can stop these germs and viruses BEFORE they spread.  See our school nurse with any questions.
    .
  • And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Girls Ultimate team took on Jefferson Middle School on Monday, and didn’t give up a single point!  They cruised to their second straight win — 7 to nothing.
    .
Big props to the 8th grade contingent of Eden, Erin, Asia, and Vivienne — whose offense was unstoppable.  And let’s recognize 7th graders Risa, Elliot, and Penny — whose defense completely shut down the opposition.  Way to go, ultimate wolves!! [clap]
