  • October is National Bullying Prevention and Awareness Month. The purpose is to educate our community about this important issue — and to teach effective strategies in response to bullying.
    .
Today’s bullying prevention topic is “The End of Bullying Begins with YOU!”  Each of us as INDIVIDUALS needs to take PERSONAL responsibility for standing up to bullies.  When we all unite in common cause, bullies don’t stand a chance!
    .
So let’s put the W-In-Everything!! Let’s take a stand against bullying, treat everyone with respect, and spread kindness.
    .
If you, or someone you know, is struggling with bullying, please be an UPSTANDER — not a BYSTANDER.  Tell your teacher, a counselor, an administrator, or another trusted adult.  Together, we can stand up to bullies!
