Calling all Math-letes!! If you are participating in the upcoming MathCounts competition but missed yesterday’s meeting, please see Ms. Miller TODAY for some important information. Once again, MathCounts competitors should see Ms. Miller in room 205 before your leave TODAY.

WHAT ARE THOSE??? As part of our school’s commitment to sustainability, Williamsburg is joining a Sneaker Recycling Program called “Got Sneakers!!” So if you have any old shoes lying around, don’t throw them away!! Instead, please donate them to “Got Sneakers” by dropping them off in room 233. See Mr. Sundwick with any questions.

Give a helping hand to those in need! The Helping Hands club is hosting a DIAPER DRIVE to benefit the Greater DC Diaper Bank from now through Friday, February 2nd. Diapers of all sizes are the priority, but we are also collecting any other baby items that could be helpful to a new mother. Please consider donating and dropping items in the WMS lobby!

Believe it or not, but TODAY is the last day of the 2nd Quarter! So be sure to check StudentVue and talk to your teachers about any missing assignments or make-up work. Again, grades close TODAY!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS girls’ basketball team took on Thomas Jefferson Middle School on Tuesday in its first home game of the year — and it went even BETTER than we could have hoped. Williamsburg took the match by a resounding score of 43 to 9.
.
It was a great team effort, with TEN different players scoring on offense and everyone contributing on ‘D’. Way to go, baller wolves!!

And finally — Baby, let the games begin! Taylor Swift’s “The Era Tour” is sweeping the planet — and a number of Williamsburg students got to see it IN PERSON!!
