  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

  • Calling all MUNNERS!! There is NO Model UN meeting this week — but there WILL be a meeting next week.  Please plan accordingly. Once again, Model UN is CANCELLED this week.  See Mr. McDermott with any questions.
    .
  • Hey, Technology Wolves!  The Technology Student Association — aka the TSA — will be canceled both this week and next week. But meetings will resume in the 3rd quarter. See Mr. Dudek with any questions.

  • Bonjour, French Club!!  There will be an important meeting this THURSDAY during ASP 1 in room 220.  Participants will select the French Club meeting dates and activities for the second semester. New members are always welcome!  See Ms. McNeese with questions.

  • And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Stokes-Beverley and Ms. Hwang!  It’s time to update your iPad!  APS has just approved the newest iPad operating system — iOS 18.  If you haven’t already done so, all students are asked to install the new version as soon as possible.  Just go to“Settings”, select “Software Update”, tap “Download” and then “Install.”  Please tell your TA teacher if the update is not working.  Once again, everyone should update to iOS 18.
    .
  • And one more technology tip — WMS is missing several of its “loaner” laptops — and we need them back!! Please check your lockers and backpacks, and if you find one — TURN IT IN!!  Thanks for your help, wolves!!

  • 2025 Scholastic Art Competition WinnersAnd now it’s time time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  Congratulations to the WMS Art Department for racking up the glory at this year’s Scholastic Art Competition. Eleven Williamsburg students combined to win 18 awards for their incredible art projects — including 4 Silver Keys and 14 Gold Keys.  Many of the winning projects will go on display next month for the entire community to enjoy.
    .
But that’s not all, the Gold Key projects will now be entered into a NATIONAL art competition — where they could win scholarships worth THOUSANDS of dollars.  Way to go, artistic wolves!! [clap]
    .
  • Wolf Pack Pride continues with Wolfbots Robotics — who competed over the weekend at the Potomac School Robotics Tournament.  Our 7th grade team finished in 5th place, and all of our competitors did n amazing job!
    .
The next Wolfbots competition is scheduled for next month — and we know they’re going to do GREAT.  Way to go, robotics wolves!!
