Participants will be voting on an Anime character for an upcoming art lesson — that will be taught by a PROFESSIONAL ANIMATOR from the New York School of Arts. Don’t miss your chance to vote! Takedown — reversal — PIN!! The WMS Co-ed Wrestling team is looking for more WRESTLERS!! No tryouts are necessary, and ALL are welcome to participate — whether you’ve been grappling for years, or want to try it for the first time. Wresting is a GREAT workout, has GREAT competition, and leads to GREAT friendships. Interested athletes should meet in the Auxiliary Gym TODAY at 2:45 for practice. And now for a special message from the 8th grade Family and Consumer Science class. This is Allie, just one of the many sweet puppies and dogs at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. You can help Allie and her canine friends by donating old T-shirts which will be recycled into dog toys. Just bring your donation to room 128 — and Ms. McFerran will give you a Wolf Paw for your support. Thanks for your help, Wolves!!

Calling all actors, singers, dancers, backstage, and technical crew! Auditions for the WMS Spring musical — Legally Blonde, Junior — are scheduled for January 16th. Interested students — for both on stage and back stage — should sign-up on the call board outside of room 228. But remember that the play is an after-school CLASS so it is a serious commitment. Additional information can be found by scanning the QR code by room 228, or just ask Ms. Mac. Break a leg!!

Get a HOT chocolate on a COLD winter day! The WMS Best Buddies Club will be selling hot chocolate this FRIDAY before school outside of the cafeteria. It’s just 1-dollar per cup, and all money raised will go to support our fantastic Best Buddies program. See Ms. Taylor with any questions. Thanks, buddy!!

As part of our school’s commitment to sustainability, Williamsburg is joining a Sneaker Recycling Program called “Got Sneakers!!” So if you have any old shoes lying around, don’t throw them away!! Instead, please donate them to “Got Sneakers” by dropping them off in room 233. See Mr. Sundwick with any questions.
