  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • Calling all Mathletes! There will be an online “Math Counts” competition TODAY. Contact Mr. Mencarini If you’d like to participate — or with any other questions.  Hooray for MATH!!
    .
  • Attention all Divers and Swimmers! If you’d like to compete in the upcoming season, your physical must be submitted by this FRIDAY.  Also, please be aware that there is a NEW VERSION of the online google form that EVERYONE must complete by February 22nd.  Once again, even if you’ve turned-in a previous version of the Google Form, there is a NEW one with new questions that everyone must submit.  It’s located on the swim page of the WMS website.  See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
    .
  • If a picture is worth a thousand words — then the WMS Yearbook is absolutely PRICELESS!  The 2022 Yearbook is on sale NOW!  It’s just 45-dollars to buy — and you can order online through the WMS website.  But only about 100 copies remain in stock — so get one before they’re gone.  Contact Mr. Schonfeld with any questions.  Don’t miss out on the memories!
    .
  • And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the bus. If you’re ever planning to take a bus that’s not your own — like if you’re going to a friend’s house after school — you MUST bring a note from home to the main office NO LATER than your grade level lunch.  Again, do NOT wait until the end of the day to get a bus pass — because there isn’t time and you’ll miss the bus!  See Ms. Carey in the office with any questions.
    .
  • And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE! Congratulations to the WMS Girls Basketball Team for a big win at home over Kenmore on Tuesday — 25 to 15!  This game was all about the shut-down defense.  Way to go, baller wolves!! [clap]
    .
Next up for Girls Basketball — they’ll be traveling to Kenmore for a rematch TODAY after school.  Basketball players are reminded to meet at door number-14 at 2:30 for the drive over. Good luck, wolves!!
    .
  • And finally, it’s Random Acts of Kindness Day, a chance for everyone to focus on being “kinder” to one another. Because sometimes — even the smallest acts of kindness can have a HUGE impact on the world around us.
    .
Stay tuned for a short video about the power of being kind.  Roll Tape!!
