We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about YOU!! It’s SPIRIT WEEK at WMS — brought to you by the Williamsburg SCA. Thanks to all the students and staff who dressed as their doppelganger today for TWIN DAY. You’ve got DOUBLE the spirit!

And here’s the rundown for the rest of the week. Wednesday is WOLF-PRIDE DAY — so rock out your favorite blue and white; Thursday is MOVIE DAY — paying tribute to our favorite stars on the big screen; and finally, Friday is SPORTS DAY — so wear some gear from your favorite team. Get into the school spirit, wolves — and BE A PART OF THE PRIDE!!
.- “Every HERO needs a squad!!” Today is the FINAL DAY for the Pennies for Patients fundraiser — sponsored by the WMS Check-In Program — with a goal of raising 5-THOUSAND dollars. This national campaign benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which is working to find a cure for blood cancer. And here’s a little extra motivation for you: whichever TA collects the most money will get a free pizza and ice cream party!! Plus, Check-In will be selling CANDY and CHIPS after school on Monday and Tuesday.
. - But that’s not all — it’s also your LAST CHANCE to win a RAFFLE BASKET!! Today during all grade-level lunches, students and staff can enter to win an assortment of AMAZING raffle baskets. Tickets are just one dollar each — and if your ticket is pulled, you get the ENTIRE basket! Winners will be announced on Wednesday during the morning announcements. Good luck! And remember, all proceeds benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society — and every penny counts!
. - Calling all 7th grade TAB members! There will be a special TAB meeting TODAY in the library during 7th grade lunch. It’s the final TAB of the year for 7th graders, and participants will be voting on their FAVORITE book — so you DON’T want to miss it. See Ms. Lord with any questions. Hooray for reading!!
. - Inked Club will NOT meet today. Once again, the Inked Club meeting has been cancelled. See Ms. Martin with any questions.
. - Would YOU like to go to college some day? Then you’ve got to start planning NOW! The WMS “College Bound Group” will be hosting its next meeting TODAY during ASP 1 and 2 in room 203.
