Problem: My teacher enrolled me into his/her Canvas course, but I don’t see it in my list of Canvas courses.

Solution: Open the Safari app on the APS iPad and accept the invitation to the Canvas course. If this doesn’t work, use a computer to accept the Canvas course. After doing that, you should see this Canvas course within your iPads using either the Safari app or the Canvas app.

Problem: While using my APS iPad and the Safari app, I tried to authorize Google Drive and it won’t let me.

Solution: Open a new tab in the Safari app and go to google.com. Tap to see the list of gmail accounts used within the Safari app and remove any personal Gmail accounts. Even if you log out of your personal Gmail account, you need to remove the personal Gmail account.
