  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

  • Calling all 8th graders!! Today is your end-of the-year class trip to King’s Dominion!  If your 8th grade TA teacher is an ELECTIVE teacher, please report to the cafeteria at 8:08 and find your chaperone.  But ALL OTHER 8th graders should stay in their TAs until Ms. Willet comes to get you.  Once again, only ELECTIVE TAs should go to the cafeteria; everyone else should wait for Ms. Willet.  Have a great time at the park, 8th graders!!

  • As for our 6th and 7th graders, it’s time to PARTY!! Today is COURTYARD CHAOS!  It will take place during an extended lunch period in the Courtyard and Cafeteria.  There will be music, games, prizes, snacks, and tons of other activities.   And be sure to bring your new Yearbook for all of your friends and classmates to sign.  Have fun at Courtyard Chaos, wolves!!

  • It’s nearly the end of the year, and the school librarians want their books back!  There are currently 99 overdue books from the WMS library.  And if they’re not returned, you WILL be charged for a replacement.  So please — look in your backpack, your locker, and under your bed at home — and BRING IN YOUR BOOKS! See Ms. Tan or Ms. Scott in the library with any questions.
    .
  • And now for an important reminder from the School Clinic. All student medications MUST be picked-up by the end-of-the-year. Any unclaimed prescriptions or items will be discarded. Students need a note from home if they want to pick-up the medications themselves — otherwise, please ask your family to come get them. See the school nurse with any questions.

  • Have you checked the lost and found lately? Lost items have been piling up ALL YEAR LONG.  There’s a table outside of the cafeteria with DOZENS of jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, lunch boxes, and so much more. Plus, nearly every teacher also has a lost and found in their classrooms. So be sure to take a look before the last day of school — you may just find some long lost treasures!
