Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Stokes-Beverley and Ms. Hwang! It’s time to update your iPad! APS has just approved the newest iPad operating system — iOS 18-point-4. You’ll need this update to take the SOLs later this month. Here’s what to do: Just go to “Settings”, select “Software Update”, tap “Download” and then “Install.” Please tell your TA teacher if the update is not working. Once again, everyone should update to iOS 18-point-4.

And if your iPad is ever out of commission, WMS has a limited number of laptops that students may use instead. However, several of these computers have gone missing lately, and we need them back! So please look around your classroom, and check you locker. And if you find a WMS laptop — TURN IT IN!! Thanks for your help, wolves!!

We’ve got spirit, yes we do! We’ve got spirit, how about YOU??? The 2025 Pep Rally is coming soon! Last year, our 6th graders won the competition. Will they do it again this year as 7th graders, or will someone else claim the crown??? Check out your Canvas Classroom for more information about the upcoming Pep Rally. There are a ton of games and activities to choose from. So put some pep in your step — and get ready for the rally!!

Have you checked the lost and found lately? There’s a table outside of the cafeteria with DOZENS of jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, lunch boxes, and so much more. Plus, nearly every teacher also has a lost and found in their classrooms. So be sure to take a look — you may just find some long lost treasures!

Who’s ready for a fantastic show?! The WMS theater department is proud to present our Spring Musical: Descendants, Junior — based on the beloved Disney movie! Performances are scheduled for next Thursday May 15th and Friday May 16th at 7pm, with a matinee show on Saturday May 17th at 2pm.

Tickets are 5-dollars per person — CASH ONLY — and can be purchased in the auditorium lobby before the show. There will also be baked goods available during intermission. So come on out, support your classmates, and enjoy the Descendants, Junior Musical!!

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week here at WMS. And today’s theme is “Who Can Help?” Sometimes when we’re struggling, it feels like we’re all alone. But we’re NOT!! We are surrounded by people who care about us: family, friends, teachers, counselors, coaches, and so many others. They all want to help — if we’ll only let them.

If you’re facing mental health challenges, remember that you are not alone. Just reach out!! And remember to wear GREEN to school tomorrow in support of Mental Health Awareness. Thanks for your help, Wolves!!
