- Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — plus Wolf Time — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - Attention Anime Club! Don’t forget to work on your Spring Showcase over the weekend. Please send any digital-submissions to Evie M. by next WEDNESDAY. And please bring any paper-submissions with you to next week’s meeting. Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions. Happy creating!
. - Have you checked the lost and found lately? There’s a table outside of the cafeteria with DOZENS of jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, lunch boxes, and so much more. Plus, nearly every teacher also has a lost and found in their classrooms. So be sure to take a look — you may just find some long lost treasures!
. Ready, set, READ!! Today is your last chance to vote in the Final-4 of the March Madness Tournament of Books! This year’s contenders are a mix of the most checked-out books from the library AND recommendations from the TAB Club.
.
Here’s how to participate: Just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote. We’ll announce the results next week. And remember: the TA in each grade with the best bracket will win a prize — so make your vote count! The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!!
.- And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! Hundreds of rising 6th graders toured our school this week, and they had an AMAZING experience.
.
Special thanks to all of our Student Ambassadors for making them feel welcome in our shared community, and to all of our students and staff for representing our school with pride. Way to go, wolves!! [clap]
. - Wolf Pack Pride continues with the Model UN Club. They competed in pair of conferences recently, and brought home some major recognition. Big props to 6th graders Jackson W., Leo R., and Thomas V. for their excellent work at the Alice Deal Conference in Washington, D.C.
.
And at last weekend’s conference at Washington-and-Liberty, Sarah C. was named Outstanding Delegate, and Jackson W. received a verbal commendation. Congratulations to the entire team for a job well done. Way to go, MUNNER wolves!! [clap]
