. - Attention Anime Club! The next Anime Club meeting is TODAY during ASP1 in room 109. Participants will be competing in the annual “Shipping Wars” contest. And the winner earns a prize! It will be anime-zing!! Contact Ms. Armistead with any questions.
. - What’s that buzz? It’s the WMS Geo Bee! Over the next few weeks, Social Studies classrooms will be quizzing students to find representatives for the school-wide Geo Bee later this year. Do you have what it takes to win this annual event? Let’s find out with this sample question!

Today’s fact is about Henry Box Brown — an enslaved Black man from Virginia. In 1849, Brown escaped to freedom by packing himself into a crate and MAILING himself to Pennsylvania! He went on to become an outspoken abolitionist, moved to England, and became a magician. And That’s a Fact!!
