Today is an EARLY RELEASE day, so will be following a modified C-Day schedule. That means TA ends at 7:55, and then you’ll be attending periods 1 through 7. Be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a modified C-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

Believe it or not, but TOMORROW is the last day of the 1st Quarter! So be sure to check StudentVue and talk to your teachers about any missing assignments or make-up work. Again, grades close on TOMORROW.

Calling all athletes!! If you were on the WMS boys or girls ultimate teams, the co-ed tennis team, or the girls soccer team, please return your uniform to Ms. Hogwood by next FRIDAY, November 8th. You may be charged for a replacement if you don’t! So once again, please RETURN YOUR UNIFORM!!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! We are the champions!! The girls Ultimate team wrapped up their season with a pair of wins against Gunston Middle School on Monday — finishing the year UNDEFEATED, and earning the title of County Champion!!

Big props to all of the 6th and 7th grade players for dominating their bracket. And to the unstoppable 8th grade line of Genevieve B., Asia P., Ellen K., Eden C., and Viviene W. — who scored three straight points in the final minutes on Monday to secure the win. And to 8th grade Captain Erin B. — whose leadership was a critical part of this year’s success. Way to go, Ultimate wolves!!

Calling all ghosts, ghouls, and goblins! It’s HALLOWEEN SPIRIT WEEK — and we’re celebrating all week long! Thanks to everyone who dressed up for Spooky Accessory Day. You’ve got spirit, yes you do!

We wrap up Halloween Spirit Week tomorrow with Halloween Costume Day! If you plan to dress up, there are some important guidelines that you need to follow. Basically, costumes must conform to the WMS dress code, not offend anyone, no weapons, no masks, and nothing inappropriate. And if you’re not sure — err on the side of caution and DON’T WEAR IT! Or, ask an administrator. Thanks for understanding, and have a Happy Halloween!!
