Dr. Latisha J. Ellis, Ed.D is a graduate of Bridgehampton High School, Long Island, New York. Dr. Ellis attended Oswego State University of New York for her undergraduate studies in Education and Literature. She received her Master of Science in Elementary Education from Long Island University at Southampton, New york and School District Administrator License at Long Island University, New York at CW Post. Dr. Ellis completed her Doctorate in Education, Leadership and Technology at Dowling College, Long Island, New York. Dr. Ellis’ experience spans over twenty years. She served as a Classroom Teacher for over eighteen years, Literacy Coach, Dean of Culture, Assistant Principal and Alternative High School Principal. Dr. Ellis has international teaching experience in Marrakech, Morocco, Beijing, China and Dominican Republic. She is a veteran Varsity coach of multiple sports, community mentor and liaison. Dr. Ellis served four years as the Minority and Youth Affairs Committee Chair for the Village of Southampton, New York. After spending the first half of her career as an educator and leader in New York. Dr. Ellis has lived, taught and lead in Washington, DC and Maryland area for the past five years.
