Christine Stokes-Beverley is pleased to join Williamsburg Middle School as the new Instructional Technology Coordinator.
Before coming to Williamsburg, she served as the Instructional Technology Coordinator at Dr. Charles R. Drew Elementary School and Wakefield High School here in Arlington and held the role of Middle School Academic Technology Director at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Christine had the opportunity to serve as a fellow in the United States Department of Education’s Office of Educational Technology, where her focus was educational technology in teacher preparation programs and K-12 educator outreach. She is passionate about helping educators leverage technology to enhance learning opportunities and improve student outcomes.
A career educator, Christine holds a Specialist and Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Florida International University. She has also earned several certifications in coaching and educational technology.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys traveling, volunteering in her local community, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to getting to know everyone individually and supporting their work!
