- Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5 and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. And don’t forget, all students should go back to your TA for Wolf Time. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - And now for an important announcement about an upcoming change to the daily schedule. WMS will be administering school-wide Growth Assessments in Math and Reading this Thursday and Friday — from 7:55 until 9:30am. Once the tests are complete, we will be following a condensed C-Day schedule. So be prepared! Make sure you have all of your books, binders, and assignments for ALL of your classes on Thursday and Friday.
. - Also, you will be taking these tests using your school-issued iPad. So everyone needs to remember to CHARGE YOUR iPAD overnight. Don’t forget! Plug in your iPad before you go to bed tonight so you’re fully charged for the test.
. - And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Girls Soccer team took on Dorothy Hamm in their season opener yesterday. It was a hard-fought match, but the Wolves came up just short — losing 2 to 1. Props to 8th grader Lily S. for the first goal of the season, to 7th grader Katie P. for the assist, and to the entire team for playing tough right up to the final whistle. Way to go, soccer wolves!! [clap]
. - Wolf Pack Pride continues with the WMS Tennis team. They scored a big win in their season opener against Dorothy Hamm yesterday — 3 matches to 2. Congrats to Kat T. for the victory in singles; Ginger B. and Avanni J. for their win in doubles; and Leah W. and Asher P. for their win in mixed-doubles. Way to go, tennis wolves!! [clap]
