  • Calling all athletes!! If you want to participate in Boys Ultimate, Boys Basketball, or Girls Soccer this year, you MUST have a physical on file!  Physicals for Boys Ultimate are due on Friday, September 29th; while physicals for Boys Basketball and Girls Soccer are due on Friday, October 12th.  You ONLY need to submit ONE physical for the entire year — so if you’ve already submitted one, you’re good!  And don’t forget to scan the QR code outside of Ms. Hogwood’s office to register!

  • We’re coming up on the cold and flu season again – and there’s also been a surge in Covid infections lately – so here are some super easy, but super IMPORTANT things that you can do to protect yourself from getting sick.
    .
First and foremost — WASH YOUR HANDS!! Challenge yourself to wash your hands throughout the day — especially BEFORE lunch and AFTER using the restroom. Also, remember to fully cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
    .
And lastly, if you’re feeling unwell, please STAY HOME until you’re better. It’s up to all of us to keep our shared environment HEALTHY and SAFE!  See our school nurse with any questions.
