- Today, we will be following a modified “Anchor Day” — or “C” Day — schedule. TA is extended until 8:50am, and then you’ll proceed to all SEVEN of your assigned classes. So be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon! Teachers will be distributing iPads on WEDNESDAY — but we need to start getting ready NOW. So here’s the question: do you remember the password for your iPad??? If not, please ask your TA teacher to submit a “Student Tech. Help Request Form” for you. Once again, you need to know your password BEFORE iPads are distributed. Ms. Solomon’s got the solution to getting you back online!
. - And now — SPORTS!! Try-outs for the WMS Girls soccer team are scheduled to begin next TUESDAY, September 6th, on the turf field after school. Interested athletes should complete the sign-up sheet on the Activities Board by the cafeteria OR scan the QR code once you get your iPad. Players from all grades are encouraged to come out. See Mr. Treble with any questions.
. - And a reminder to anyone planning on trying out for soccer — or any other school sports this year. You MUST have a current physical on file to participate in after-school athletics. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Contact our Activities Coordinator, Ms. Hogwood, with any questions.
