- Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - It’s Teacher Appreciation Week here at WMS! So on behalf of all the students here, we just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all our amazing teachers.

At this time, we’d like to ask EVERYONE in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades — to stand up and give your TA teacher a round of applause. We appreciate everything you do.

. - Attention all 6th graders on the Exploratory Wheel! This week you will be rotating to your LAST exploratory class. So be sure to check your StudentVue to make sure you know where to go. Again, the new Wheel classes for 6th graders begin today and tomorrow.
. - The WMS Helping Hands Club is meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in the Library Wolf Den. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
. - Calling all Munners! There will no Model UN meeting this afternoon. But if you are a delegate for the upcoming conference at Washington & Liberty, please be sure to work on your position paper this week. See Mr. McDermott with any questions.

Have you ordered your class t-shirt yet? All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are reminded to go online and register for a FREE class t-shirt. All T-shirts are ADULT sizes, and the deadline to order is Monday, May 9th. If you miss the deadline, you’ll still get a shirt BUT it might not be the right size. Also, if you ordered your shirt on Monday, you MUST order it again because they were all deleted. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
.- And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon! The SOLs are just around the corner, so your iPad needs to be working! If you are having any problems with your school-issued iPad — whether it’s password problems, not connecting to the internet, glitching apps, cracked screens, or ANYTHING else — please submit the online “Student Tech Help Request” form through the WMS website. Ms. Solomon’s got the solution to getting you back online!
