Attention all students! It’s Locker Clean-Out Day!! TA teachers will be taking their classes to clean their lockers this morning. Most importantly, we need to make sure that there is NO FOOD left in your locker over Spring Break. We don’t want to get ants! Once again, Locker Clean-Out Day begins immediately following the Morning Announcements.

And now for a Technology Tip from Ms. Solomon! All students — please make sure that your iPad has been updated to the latest operating system — iOS 15.4.1. To check, go to Settings -> then General -> then About. If it’s not at 15.4.1, please update the software. Problems? Just submit a Student Tech Help Request Form and Ms. Solomon will get you back online.

Believe it or not, but this FRIDAY is the last day of the 3rd Quarter! So be sure to check StudentVue and talk to your teachers about any missing assignments or make-up work. Again, 3rd Quarter grades close at the end-of-the-week.

The March Madness Tournament of Books — Graphic Novel Edition — has a winner! But it came down to the wire. With 53-percent of the vote, “The Crossover” by Kwame Alexander has been voted the best book of 2022!

But wait, there’s more! One TA had a PERFECT bracket — picking every winner from the Sweet-16 to the Finals. Congratulations to — Ms. Young’s TA!!! You really know your books. Ms. Han will be contacting you soon with your PRIZE.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE! The WMS Model UN team did an AMAZING job at the Georgetown Conference last weekend. Our school sent 7 delegates — and 5 of them were honored with awards at the closing ceremony.

A Verbal Commendation was awarded to Claire M! Best Delegate went to Sarah K. and Ellie C! And Maya U-T and Thane L. were named Outstanding Delegate. Congratulations to the whole team for representing our school with pride. Way to go, MUNNER wolves!!

We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about YOU?! It’s SPIRIT WEEK here at WMS! Thanks to all the students and staff who dressed-up for PAJAMA THURSDAY.

But we’re not done yet. Spirit Week wraps up tomorrow with FREAKY FRIDAY — students dress like teachers; teachers dress like kids. So get into the SCHOOL SPIRIT for Spirit Week. And be a part of the pride!!
