  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

  • Attention all students and staff!  Due to APS bus driver shortages, there will be NO late buses and  NO after-school activities today. Students should go home directly after school today.  Once again, there are no late buses today and no after school activities.

  • April is Autism Awareness Month! In support of this event, WMS is hosting an “Emoji Lollipop” fundraiser for the Dan Marino Foundation — a nonprofit organization that works to empower individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.   TOMORROW is your last chance to get an Emoji Lollipop. They’re just 1-dollar each — and you can buy them tomorrow before school outside of the cafeteria. Thanks for supporting Autism Awareness!!

  • And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon!  The SOLs are just around the corner, so your iPad needs to be working!  If you are having any problems with your school-issued iPad — whether it’s password problems, not connecting to the internet, glitching apps, cracked screens, or ANYTHING else — please submit the online “Student Tech Help Request” form through the WMS website.  Ms. Solomon’s got the solution to getting you back online!

  • 2022 Class T-ShirtsCalling all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders!  ALL WMS students will be receiving a FREE class t-shirt to celebrate the end-of-the-year activities in June. To get yours, please complete the online Google Form by Monday, May 9th — located on the WMS Website and the WMS Student Info Page in Canvas. If you miss the deadline, you’ll still get a shirt BUT it might not be the right size.  So go to the WMS website and order your class t-shirt today!!

  • And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! Congratulations to the following students whose papers were accepted for the upcoming Virginia Academy of Science Symposium:  7th grader  Myla M., and 8th graders Arhan M. and Kedar K. Way to go, science wolves!! [clap].
