- Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - What’s that buzz? It’s the annual “WMS Geo Bee!” Today’s the day — when our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will put their knowledge to the test at this highly competitive trivia competition. There can only be one champion, but who will it “BEE??” Tune-in to WOLF-TV TODAY at 1pm to see the live broadcast — or come to the auditorium and watch the show in-person! It’ll be an event to remember. See you at the Bee!!
. - Attention all Theater Tech students! Today is your LAST CHANCE to join the canvas course. Just scan the QR code located on the call board outside of room 228. But be warned — if you don’t join the class by today, then you are NO LONGER a part of the theatre tech team. See Ms. Rosenthal with any questions.
. - Today is the FINAL DAY of the WMS-PTA Scholastic Book Fair. There’s still a LOT of great books to choose from. So come to the library today during TA, during lunch, or after school — and don’t forget to bring your your money! The Scholastic Book Fair — hooray for books!!

Calling all film-makers, journalists, and video-jockeys! The 10th annual Arlington Student FilmFest is now accepting entries for its 2022 competition. Just follow the link in today’s Morning Announcements Blog to submit your video and application by the deadline on April 3rd. See Mr. Schonfeld for more information. Now go make some movie magic!

The March Madness Tournament of Books — Graphic Novel Edition — has reached the Championship Round — with “The Crossover” vs. “I Survived the Nazi Invasion, 1944.” Today is the last day of voting — so go to the Library Canvas Course to make your pick. The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!

We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about YOU?! Next week is SPIRIT WEEK here at WMS! Students and staff are encouraged to dress-up for the daily theme — and show your WOLF PACK PRIDE as we head into Spring Break.
- Here’s the rundown: we begin with WOLF PACK PRIDE MONDAY — so wear your WMS spirit gear or anything else blue.
- Next is TEAM TUESDAY — so wear your favorite team gear — and you can even wear HATS!
- WACKY WEDNESDAY is for your wackiest hair, hats, clothes, shoes, or whatever else!
- Then comes everyone’s favorite: PAJAMA THURSDAY! Just roll out of bed and come to school.
- And we wrap it up with FREAKY FRIDAY — students dress like teachers; teachers dress like kids! So get into the SCHOOL SPIRIT all next week for Spirit Week. And be a part of the pride!!
