The 8th grade Writing SOLs are OVER… almost. Make-up testing will be conducted TODAY in the library beginning at 8:30 a.m. — which is after the extended TA. Test-takers are reminded to bring ONLY your fully-charged iPad — no backpacks, pens nor pencils, water, snacks, nor any other electronic devices. See Ms. Cameron or your school counselor with any questions. Good luck on the SOL, 8th graders!

As for everyone else, there will be an extended TA this morning — and then we’ll be following the REGULAR schedule, periods 1 through 7. However, students are reminded to please be considerate and QUIET when walking past the Library today — so as not to disrupt the test-takers.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE! The WMS PTA fundraiser has been a HUGE success — collecting nearly 7-THOUSAND dollars from generous donors like YOU. That money will go to things like social events, Wolf Paw prizes, and field trip. And also — DONUTS!! For every 10-dollars your parents donated to the WMS PTA this week, your TA was entered into a special drawing.

And now — we’ve got the winner. The recipient of the Donut Drop Drawing is: Ms. Lawrence’s 8th grade TA!! Congratulations, Ms. Lawrence’s TA will be receiving a free donut breakfast this morning during Wolf Time. But wait — there’s MORE. The PTA is extending the fundraiser for another week — which means there will be ANOTHER Donut Drop Drawing next Friday. KIDS LOVE DONUTS! So please tell your parents to donate TODAY!

Calling all Officers and Representatives of the Williamsburg SCA — you will be getting your picture taken for the WMS Yearbook this FRIDAY during Wolf Time in the Main Lobby by the Library. And then, immediately following the photo, there will be a mandatory SCA meeting during in room 205. See Mr. Peacock or Mr. Tagert with any questions.
